Why is it this time of year I go through a faze of “who needs friends.” I have to ask myself what the fuck is wrong with these people. Trying to figure out when things exactly change from being single, staying out all night pub crawling drunkenness, to married still fun, to ooppss now I’m a Mom/Parent..I know things in life change, they have to in order to procreate the earth with not so smart people (I don’t mean you or your children..) but it seems like it doesn’t evolve into this. It seems like it happens over night. Like turning 40 and realizing you need longer arms. Maybe I’m just jealous. Maybe I’m scared. Who knows. But I know I wouldn’t be able to survive some of life’s trials and tribulations that some of my people have gone through. I also know some of them could never survive what I have gone through. I guess I just want someone to notice I’m still a fun person, even though I am single, live alone with two cats, and have been recently diagnosed as being bipolar. I want to ask why me but then it comes back to kick me with, why not you?

Spending an awesome weekend at a friends house in orange park/Jacksonville. Good people, friends, food, and times. First time on a sea-doo since I was a teenager! Relaxing, figuring out that I am truly changing when I didn’t think I would notice it. Having that K moment tonight was a little hard. Not expecting to have him pop into my head, especially when showering and remembering that “oh shit” moment 13 years ago. We all need to grow up one day realize the past is exactly that: THE PAST. Learn from you mistakes and move on.
